Learning to Pursue Purity From the Inside Out

Holistic Purity 101® is a six-week discipleship experience designed to help women move beyond viewing purity as simply sexual abstinence and discover what it means to surrender every area of life to God.

Through biblical teaching, practical application, reflection, and community, women learn to deepen their relationship with God, understand their identity in Christ, strengthen their spiritual foundation, renew their outlook, cultivate meaningful community, and walk more intentionally in purpose.

From Uncertainty About Who She Was to Greater Security in Her Identity in Christ

“My life was unclear, messy, and confused. It was full of doubt and uncertainty about my role as a child of God.”

Before Holistic Purity 101®, Madeleine struggled with uncertainty and self-doubt. She was also nervous about opening up and sharing her personal story with other women.

Through the course, she gained practical tools for setting goals and planning her life—but something much deeper happened too.

Before Holistic Purity 101®, Jospehine was already seeking God, but she recognized that she lacked structure and a clear plan for cultivating the relationship with Him she desired.

Before HP101, Katherine described her life as being filled with lustful thoughts and struggles with overeating.

Through the course, Katherine says she developed a deeper relationship with God, became better equipped to resist lustful thoughts, and gained greater confidence in exercising self-control in another area of her life—food.

Discovering What Biblical Purity Looks Like in Everyday Life

Before HP101, Kaitlyn knew she wanted to honor God and live in purity, but she didn’t fully understand what biblical purity looked like in everyday life.

The Sexual Purity Challenge™ invites women to intentionally step away from distractions, seek God through fasting and His Word, identify areas of temptation, practice self-control, and remember that lasting purity is pursued through dependence on Him.

After five years of abstinence, Tonisha experienced a sexual setback that left her devastated. Recognizing that she needed both support and accountability, she joined the challenge.

During the journey, she practiced fasting and sexual self-control and found the accountability she had been looking for.
