Welcome to Journey to Purity® (“JTP”). We are honored that you have chosen to visit our website, participate in our community, or engage with one or more of our discipleship resources.

Journey to Purity® exists to glorify God by making and maturing disciples of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to equip Christian women to embrace holistic purity, deepen their relationship with Christ, and faithfully live out His calling in every area of life. Through biblical teaching, authentic community, practical discipleship, and Christ-centered encouragement, we desire to create a place where women can grow together in grace, truth, and spiritual maturity.

We believe healthy discipleship flourishes where biblical truth is taught, authentic community is intentionally cultivated, faithful stewardship is practiced, and wise boundaries foster an environment where spiritual growth can flourish. These Terms of Use & Community Covenant exist to communicate those boundaries clearly—not merely to protect Journey to Purity®, but to help preserve a safe, trustworthy, and Christ-centered environment for every woman who joins us.

Whether you are visiting our website, participating in our free community, enrolling in Holistic Purity 101™, joining a discipleship program, attending an event, partnering with us through your church, or accessing any Journey to Purity® resource, these Terms govern your use of our Services.

By accessing or using any Journey to Purity® website, community, course, digital resource, event, or service (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use & Community Covenant, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, we respectfully ask that you discontinue use of our Services.

Thank you for allowing Journey to Purity® to be part of your discipleship journey. It is our prayer that every conversation, lesson, resource, and relationship within this ministry points you more fully to Jesus Christ and equips you to follow Him for the rest of your life.

Our Commitment

Everything we do at Journey to Purity® is guided by four commitments that shape our ministry, our leadership, and our community.

Biblical Truth

We are committed to faithfully teaching and applying God’s Word in a way that points women toward Jesus Christ and lifelong discipleship.

We cultivate an environment where women are known, encouraged, challenged, prayed for, and supported with both grace and truth.

Faithful Stewardship

We believe every resource, relationship, testimony, opportunity, and responsibility entrusted to Journey to Purity® ultimately belongs to God. We seek to steward each with integrity, wisdom, excellence, and accountability.

Mutual Respect

Every member helps cultivate a community marked by humility, kindness, encouragement, confidentiality, and biblical accountability. Together, we contribute to an environment where women can safely grow in Christ and encourage one another toward spiritual maturity.

These commitments provide the foundation for the policies that follow and reflect the culture we prayerfully seek to cultivate throughout Journey to Purity®.

Christ-Centered Hospitality

We believe every person is created in the image of God and worthy of dignity, compassion, and respect. Journey to Purity® welcomes women from every background and every stage of their faith journey. Whether you have followed Jesus Christ for many years, recently placed your faith in Him, or are simply exploring what it means to know Him, you are welcome here.

At the same time, we believe genuine hospitality includes honesty. Journey to Purity® is unapologetically Christ-centered. Every teaching, course, community discussion, resource, and ministry initiative is grounded in the Bible and designed to point women toward a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.

We welcome every woman with grace while remaining firmly rooted in biblical truth. Our commitment to Scripture shapes not only what we teach, but how we lead, serve, and care for those God entrusts to this ministry.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Journey to Purity® website, community, course, event, digital resource, or other service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use & Community Covenant and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Journey to Purity®, LLC (“Journey to Purity®,” “JTP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). They govern your access to and use of all Journey to Purity® Services, whether provided through our website, online community, mobile applications, digital resources, courses, church partnerships, speaking engagements, coaching programs, events, or any other ministry initiatives we may offer now or in the future.

If you are using our Services on behalf of a church, ministry, nonprofit organization, business, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization. In such cases, references to “you” include both the individual using the Services and the organization you represent.

By continuing to access or use our Services, you affirm that you meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws, community standards, and policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services.

Who We Are

Journey to Purity®, LLC is a Christ-centered discipleship ministry committed to helping Christian women become mature disciples of Jesus Christ by embracing holistic purity and faithfully following Him in every area of life.

Through biblical teaching, practical discipleship, authentic community, and transformational resources, Journey to Purity® equips women to grow spiritually, cultivate Christlike character, build healthy relationships, and confidently live out God’s calling.

Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

Free and paid discipleship communities
Holistic Purity 101™ and other educational courses or programs
Bible studies, devotionals, workbooks, and digital resources
Memberships and subscriptions
Speaking engagements, workshops, conferences, and live events
Church and ministry licensing programs

Throughout these Terms, the following words have the meanings described below:

“Services” refers collectively to all websites, communities, programs, courses, events, memberships, resources, applications, tools, content, and ministry offerings provided by Journey to Purity®.

“Community” refers to any online or in-person discipleship community hosted or facilitated by Journey to Purity®, including our Mighty Networks platform and any future community platforms.

“Member” refers to any individual who joins a Journey to Purity® community or membership program.

“Participant” refers to any individual enrolled in a Journey to Purity® course, program, event, workshop, or other educational experience.

“Church Partner” refers to any church, ministry, nonprofit organization, educational institution, or other organization that has entered into a licensing, partnership, or service agreement with Journey to Purity®.

“Content” includes all teachings, videos, curriculum, workbooks, devotionals, downloadable resources, graphics, podcasts, audio recordings, presentations, community discussions, trademarks, logos, written materials, and other intellectual property created, owned, or licensed by Journey to Purity®.

Although our Services are rooted in biblical principles and designed to encourage spiritual growth, participation in Journey to Purity® does not establish a pastoral, counseling, therapeutic, legal, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between Journey to Purity® and any Member, Participant, or Visitor unless expressly agreed to in writing.

As Journey to Purity® continues to grow, we may introduce new Services, programs, technologies, or ministry initiatives. Unless otherwise stated, those offerings will also be governed by these Terms of Use & Community Covenant.

Eligibility, Registration & Access

Journey to Purity® exists first and foremost as a discipleship ministry. While our primary audience is women seeking to know Christ and grow in biblical truth, we recognize that individuals may encounter Journey to Purity® from many different backgrounds and at many different stages of their faith journey.

You do not need to have every answer before participating in our community. However, by choosing to engage with Journey to Purity®, you acknowledge that our teachings, leadership, and resources are rooted in the Bible and centered on Jesus Christ. We gladly welcome respectful participation while remaining committed to the biblical convictions that define our ministry.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information.
Agree to abide by these Terms of Use & Community Covenant, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines applicable to specific Services.
Use our Services in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Community Standards.

Journey to Purity® reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to any Service if these eligibility requirements are not met or if continued participation is determined to be inconsistent with the safety, mission, or integrity of the ministry.

Registration

Some Journey to Purity® Services require you to create an account before access is granted.

Our online discipleship community is currently hosted through Mighty Networks, a trusted third-party community platform. By creating an account, you acknowledge that your use of the platform is also subject to Mighty Networks’ applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
Keep your information reasonably up to date.
Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password.
Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.
Notify Journey to Purity® promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

Each membership is intended for one individual only. You may not share, transfer, lend, lease, sell, or otherwise allow another person to access your account.

Church and Organizational Accounts

If you register, purchase Services, or access Journey to Purity® on behalf of a church, ministry, nonprofit organization, educational institution, or other entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of that organization and to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Future Services

As Journey to Purity® continues to grow, additional Services—including mobile applications, leadership programs, certification opportunities, digital learning experiences, or other ministry initiatives—may require separate registration or supplemental agreements. Unless otherwise stated, those Services will also be governed by these Terms of Use & Community Covenant.

Our Shared Responsibility

Healthy discipleship thrives within a community where every member contributes to an atmosphere of trust, encouragement, and mutual respect. By registering for Journey to Purity®, you become part of a community that values authentic relationships, personal responsibility, biblical accountability, and spiritual growth.

Registration is more than creating an account—it is your invitation to participate in a Christ-centered community committed to growing together in grace and truth.

Community Covenant

Journey to Purity® is more than a website, course, or online community. It is a Christ-centered discipleship ministry where women are encouraged to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ alongside one another.

Healthy communities do not happen by accident. They flourish when every member contributes to an atmosphere of grace, truth, humility, encouragement, and mutual respect.

By participating in any Journey to Purity® Community, you agree to uphold the following commitments, recognizing that each one helps cultivate an environment where women can safely grow in Christ together.

We Pursue Christ Together

The foundation of Journey to Purity® is Jesus Christ and the truth of God’s Word. While members may be at different stages of their faith journey, we encourage one another toward spiritual maturity through biblical truth, prayer, encouragement, accountability, and Christlike love.

We welcome sincere questions, thoughtful dialogue, and respectful conversations as we seek to know Christ more deeply together.

We Choose Grace and Truth

We strive to communicate with kindness, humility, patience, and respect.

Disagreements may occur, but personal attacks, bullying, harassment, gossip, intimidation, hateful speech, or behavior intended to shame or belittle another person have no place within our Community.

As followers of Christ, we seek to speak the truth in love and extend grace in the same way Christ has extended grace to us.

We Protect One Another’s Stories

Journey to Purity® is built upon trust.

Many women join our Community seeking healing, encouragement, accountability, and prayer. Because of this, we ask every member to honor the confidentiality of personal stories shared within the Community.

Unless you receive express permission from the individual involved, you may not share another member’s testimony, prayer request, personal information, screenshots, recordings, photographs, or Community discussions outside of Journey to Purity®.

Confidentiality helps create a safe environment where women can be honest about both their struggles and their victories.

We Contribute More Than We Consume

Journey to Purity® was created as a place of active discipleship rather than passive participation.

While there is no expectation that every member post frequently, we encourage meaningful engagement through prayer, discussion, encouragement, asking questions, celebrating victories, and supporting fellow members.

Your presence matters. Your encouragement may be exactly what another sister needs today.

We Respect the Purpose of the Community

Our Community exists for discipleship—not promotion.

Members may not use Journey to Purity® to advertise businesses, recruit customers, solicit donations, promote outside ministries, or direct members to unrelated groups, products, or services.

We Respect Journey to Purity® Resources

The teachings, curriculum, discussions, videos, downloads, and other resources shared within Journey to Purity® have been prayerfully developed to equip women in biblical discipleship.

Members agree not to copy, record, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly post, or otherwise misuse Journey to Purity® Content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with prior written permission.

Additional intellectual property protections are described later in these Terms.

We Help Protect the Community

If you observe conduct that threatens the safety, integrity, or mission of the Community, we encourage you to notify the Journey to Purity® team so concerns can be addressed thoughtfully and appropriately.

Our desire is always restoration whenever possible. However, to protect the women entrusted to this ministry, Journey to Purity® reserves the right to remove content, suspend participation, or terminate membership when conduct is inconsistent with these Terms, our Community Covenant, or the mission and biblical values of the ministry.

Active Participation

Journey to Purity® is intentionally designed to be a living, engaged discipleship community.

To preserve an active environment where women are encouraged, challenged, and supported in their spiritual growth, accounts showing no meaningful activity for three (3) consecutive months may be removed to make room for women who are eager to participate and grow.

If you anticipate an extended absence, simply notify our team in advance. Whenever reasonably possible, we will gladly preserve your membership while you take the time you need.

Our goal is never simply to maintain membership numbers, but to faithfully steward a vibrant community where authentic discipleship can flourish.

Our Shared Commitment

When each of us contributes with humility, integrity, encouragement, and grace, Journey to Purity® becomes more than an online community—it becomes a place where women are known, supported, challenged, and equipped to follow Jesus Christ more faithfully.

Participation in Our Services

Journey to Purity® offers a variety of discipleship resources and opportunities designed to encourage spiritual growth, biblical understanding, authentic community, and wholehearted devotion to Jesus Christ.

Whether you participate through our free community, a paid membership, Holistic Purity 101™, church partnership, live event, digital resource, or future ministry initiative, we ask every Participant to approach these experiences with humility, teachability, and a genuine desire to grow.

Our Commitment to You

Journey to Purity® is committed to providing biblically grounded teaching, practical discipleship resources, authentic community, and an environment that encourages women to mature in their faith and faithfully follow Christ.

We prayerfully develop every course, resource, discussion, and experience with excellence and intentionality. While individual Services may differ in format, duration, or delivery, our commitment remains the same: to point women toward Jesus Christ through faithful biblical discipleship.

Your Commitment

Meaningful transformation requires more than access to information.

By participating in our Services, you acknowledge that your spiritual growth is influenced not only by the resources we provide, but also by your willingness to engage, learn, apply biblical principles, seek God’s guidance, and actively participate in the discipleship process.

Journey to Purity® provides tools, encouragement, biblical instruction, and opportunities for growth. The decision to apply those teachings and pursue the life God has called you to live ultimately belongs to you.

Personal Responsibility

Every Participant remains responsible for his or her own decisions, actions, relationships, spiritual growth, and personal well-being.

While Journey to Purity® seeks to encourage and equip every woman with biblical truth and practical guidance, participation in our Services does not guarantee any particular spiritual, relational, emotional, financial, vocational, or personal outcome.

Each woman’s journey is unique, and growth often occurs at different times and in different ways according to her circumstances, commitment, and God’s work in her life.

A Community of Growth

Journey to Purity® is not built upon performance or perfection.

We recognize that every woman is growing, learning, healing, and maturing at her own pace.

Our prayer is that every Participant experiences increasing freedom, spiritual maturity, and confidence in Christ as she faithfully continues her discipleship journey.

Whether this is your first interaction with Journey to Purity® or you have been part of our Community for years, we are grateful to walk alongside you as together we pursue Christ and encourage one another in love.

Memberships, Purchases & Financial Stewardship

Journey to Purity® offers both complimentary and paid Services to support women at various stages of their discipleship journey. Certain resources are available free of charge, while others require the purchase of a membership, course, event registration, church license, or other ministry resource.

Every purchase directly supports the continued development of Journey to Purity®’s mission to equip women through biblical teaching, authentic community, discipleship resources, and ministry initiatives.

Pricing

Prices for memberships, courses, events, church licensing, coaching, digital resources, and other Services are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect purchases already completed or active subscription periods that have already been billed.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, or other payment processors we may use from time to time.

By purchasing any paid Service, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your purchase.

Membership Subscriptions

Certain Journey to Purity® Services are offered as recurring subscriptions.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file until canceled by you.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information to avoid interruptions in access to your membership or Services.

Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring membership subscription at any time through your account settings or by following the cancellation instructions provided for your specific Service.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for payments already processed.

Unless otherwise stated, access to your paid membership will continue through the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

Journey to Purity® invests significant time, prayer, preparation, and digital delivery into every course, membership, event, and resource.

Because many of our Services provide immediate access to proprietary digital Content, all purchases are generally considered final.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated for a specific Service:

Membership fees are non-refundable.
Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable.
Online courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Church licensing fees are governed by their respective licensing agreements.
Event registrations may be subject to separate cancellation policies communicated during registration.

If Journey to Purity® determines that a billing error has occurred or that extraordinary circumstances warrant an exception, we reserve the right to issue a full or partial refund at our sole discretion.

Journey to Purity® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order when fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing errors, or misuse of the Services is reasonably suspected.

Promotional Offers

From time to time, Journey to Purity® may offer discounts, scholarships, promotional pricing, ministry partnerships, coupon codes, or other special offers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Promotional offers may not be combined.
Discounts have no cash value.
Promotions apply only during the advertised period.
Previously completed purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

Financial Stewardship

Journey to Purity® is committed to stewarding every financial gift and purchase with integrity, transparency, and excellence.

Your financial support helps sustain and expand the ministry’s ability to develop discipleship resources, cultivate authentic community, equip churches, produce biblical teaching, and serve women around the world.

We consider every purchase an investment in the mission God has entrusted to Journey to Purity®, and we are grateful for your trust and partnership.

Intellectual Property & Content Stewardship

Journey to Purity® believes that every teaching, curriculum, resource, testimony, creative work, and ministry tool entrusted to us is a gift from God to be stewarded for His glory and the growth of His people.

We are grateful to share these resources with women, churches, and ministry partners around the world. We simply ask that they be received and used with the same integrity, respect, and stewardship with which they were created.

Ownership

Unless otherwise noted, all Journey to Purity® Content is owned by or licensed to Journey to Purity®, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Course curriculum

Future programs, courses, applications, certifications, and ministry initiatives

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms remain reserved by Journey to Purity®, LLC.

Limited License

Your purchase, enrollment, membership, or participation grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Journey to Purity® Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial spiritual growth and educational purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Respecting Ministry Resources

Unless Journey to Purity® provides prior written permission, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from Journey to Purity® Content.
Record, photograph, screenshot, livestream, duplicate, or distribute lessons, videos, presentations, community discussions, or other proprietary materials.
Upload Journey to Purity® Content to websites, file-sharing services, membership sites, social media platforms, or other public or private repositories.
Sell, sublicense, lease, license, or commercially exploit any Journey to Purity® resource.
Remove copyright notices, trademarks, logos, or proprietary markings.
Represent Journey to Purity® teachings or resources as your own.

These restrictions apply whether the Content is shared in printed, digital, audio, video, or any future technological format.

Church & Ministry Use

Journey to Purity® joyfully partners with churches and ministries to equip women through biblical discipleship.

Individual purchases do not authorize group teaching, church-wide distribution, ministry reproduction, organizational training, or public presentation of Journey to Purity® curriculum or resources.

Churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and other organizations wishing to use Journey to Purity® materials beyond personal study must obtain the appropriate church or organizational license or written permission before reproducing, distributing, facilitating, or presenting our materials.

Additional licensing terms may apply to church partnerships and organizational agreements.

Artificial Intelligence & Emerging Technologies

Journey to Purity® recognizes that technology continues to evolve, and we desire to steward our intellectual property wisely while embracing tools that serve people responsibly.

Unless Journey to Purity®, LLC grants prior written permission, you may not upload, submit, reproduce, or use Journey to Purity® Content within artificial intelligence systems, large language models, machine learning tools, or similar technologies for the purpose of generating derivative works, reproducing curriculum, redistributing ministry resources, training artificial intelligence models, or creating competing products or services.

Personal use of AI tools for private note organization or individual study is permitted, provided such use does not infringe upon Journey to Purity®’s intellectual property rights or distribute proprietary Content.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe copyrighted material belonging to Journey to Purity® has been copied, shared, or used in a manner that violates these Terms, or if you believe your own copyrighted work has been improperly used through our Services, please notify us promptly so the matter may be investigated.

Journey to Purity® reserves the right to remove infringing material, suspend access, terminate memberships, revoke licenses, and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

Faithful Stewardship

We recognize that information alone does not transform lives—God does.

Every lesson, workbook, discussion, course, and resource has been prayerfully developed to point women toward Jesus Christ and encourage lifelong discipleship.

By honoring these intellectual property protections, you help Journey to Purity® continue creating biblically grounded discipleship resources that equip women, strengthen churches, and advance the mission God has entrusted to this ministry.

Educational & Ministry Disclaimer

Journey to Purity® exists to equip women through biblical teaching, discipleship, encouragement, and practical resources that point people toward a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.

Every course, community discussion, devotional, coaching conversation, workshop, event, article, video, podcast, downloadable resource, email, and other ministry offering is created with prayer, care, and a sincere desire to encourage spiritual growth and faithful discipleship.

Our Role

Our desire is not merely to provide information, but to cultivate Christ-centered transformation through biblical discipleship.

To support that mission, Journey to Purity® provides teaching, encouragement, practical tools, accountability, and opportunities for spiritual growth.

While we prayerfully seek to serve every Participant with excellence, Journey to Purity® cannot make decisions on your behalf, guarantee personal outcomes, or replace your own responsibility to seek God’s wisdom and faithfully apply biblical principles in your daily life.

No Guarantee of Results

Every person’s discipleship journey is unique.

Spiritual growth, healing, freedom, restored relationships, emotional well-being, vocational direction, financial stewardship, and other areas of personal development are influenced by many factors, including personal choices, individual circumstances, consistency, community, and ultimately God’s work in each person’s life.

For that reason, Journey to Purity® makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from participation in our Services.

Success cannot be measured solely by visible achievements or timelines. We believe genuine transformation is often gradual, deeply personal, and accomplished through the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit.

Personal Responsibility

By participating in Journey to Purity®, you acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, spiritual practices, financial decisions, health choices, and personal well-being.

You are encouraged to seek God’s wisdom, study Scripture, pray diligently, and exercise wise judgment as you apply what you learn.

Journey to Purity® equips; each Participant chooses how to respond.

Not Professional Advice

Although Journey to Purity® discusses topics relating to spiritual growth, relationships, emotional well-being, financial stewardship, health, purpose, leadership, and personal development, our Services are provided solely for educational and ministry purposes.

Nothing contained within our Services constitutes or should be interpreted as medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, counseling, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

Participation in Journey to Purity® should never replace consultation with appropriately licensed physicians, mental health professionals, counselors, attorneys, financial advisors, accountants, or other qualified professionals regarding your individual circumstances.

Medical and Mental Health

Journey to Purity® does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or any condition requiring professional care, please seek assistance from qualified healthcare providers or emergency services immediately.

Biblical Convictions

Journey to Purity® teaches from a biblical worldview.

Participants may not always agree with every teaching, interpretation, or application presented through our Services.

By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that Journey to Purity®’s teachings are rooted in our sincerely held biblical convictions and are intended to encourage spiritual growth rather than compel agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Journey to Purity® is committed to serving every Member, Participant, Church Partner, and Visitor with integrity, excellence, and genuine care. While we prayerfully strive to provide biblically sound teaching, meaningful community, and high-quality discipleship resources, participation in our Services is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in Journey to Purity® Services, you acknowledge that spiritual growth, personal development, and life transformation often involve reflection, conviction, emotional processing, behavioral change, and difficult conversations.

You voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation and acknowledge that your decisions, responses, and application of the material remain your own.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Journey to Purity®, LLC, together with its owner, employees, contractors, volunteers, ministry leaders, facilitators, representatives, affiliates, licensors, and ministry partners, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages arising out of or relating to:

Your participation in or use of our Services;
Your inability to access or use our Services;
Decisions you make based upon information presented through our Services;
The conduct or interactions of Members, Participants, or third parties;
Technical interruptions, software failures, internet outages, security breaches, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control;
Errors, omissions, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of Services; or
Any personal, relational, emotional, financial, vocational, or other outcomes related to your participation.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which any claim is based, including contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

Third-Party Services

Journey to Purity® utilizes trusted third-party providers to deliver certain Services, including payment processing, community hosting, email communications, video conferencing, and other technology platforms.

While we carefully select these providers, Journey to Purity® is not responsible for the availability, policies, security, content, or performance of third-party websites, platforms, software, or services.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Maximum Liability

If, notwithstanding the limitations contained in these Terms, Journey to Purity® is found liable for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to Journey to Purity®, LLC for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event upon which the claim is based.

If no payment was made for the applicable Service, Journey to Purity® shall have no monetary liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No Waiver of Rights

Our decision not to enforce any provision of these Terms at a particular time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

Reasonable Expectations

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Journey to Purity® seeks to maintain reasonable, fair, and transparent expectations regarding the Services we provide. We remain committed to serving every woman with excellence while encouraging each Participant to exercise personal responsibility, wise judgment, and discernment throughout her discipleship journey.

Shared Responsibility & Indemnification

Healthy communities are strengthened when every individual accepts responsibility for his or her own words, actions, and decisions.

Journey to Purity® is committed to faithfully stewarding this ministry, and we ask every Member, Participant, Church Partner, and Visitor to exercise that same spirit of integrity and responsibility while using our Services.

Your Responsibility

You agree to use Journey to Purity® Services in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms of Use & Community Covenant.

You are responsible for:

The accuracy of information you provide.
The content you choose to post or share.
Your interactions with other Members and Participants.
Your use of Journey to Purity® Content and intellectual property.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations while using our Services.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Journey to Purity®, LLC, together with its owner, employees, contractors, volunteers, ministry leaders, representatives, affiliates, licensors, and ministry partners from and against any claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, settlements, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your violation of these Terms of Use & Community Covenant.
Your misuse of Journey to Purity® Services or Content.
Your infringement of another person’s intellectual property or legal rights.
Content you submit, publish, or distribute through our Services.
Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Your negligent, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

Our Commitment to Fairness

Journey to Purity® does not seek to shift responsibility unfairly.

This provision simply reflects the principle that individuals should be responsible for the consequences of their own actions rather than requiring the ministry or its community to bear the cost of conduct beyond its control.

Working Together

Our desire is always to resolve concerns with wisdom, grace, and mutual respect whenever possible.

We believe healthy discipleship flourishes where individuals willingly accept responsibility for their actions, communicate honestly, seek reconciliation, and work together to preserve the integrity of the Community.

This provision exists to protect the ministry, its Members, its Church Partners, and the mission God has entrusted to Journey to Purity® so that we may continue serving women with faithfulness and excellence.

Account Suspension, Termination & Restoration

Journey to Purity® exists to cultivate a Christ-centered environment where women can safely grow in faith, encourage one another, and pursue lifelong discipleship.

Because the health of our Community is a shared responsibility, Journey to Purity® reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to any Service when doing so is necessary to protect the safety, integrity, mission, or well-being of the ministry and those we serve.

Our Heart

Whenever reasonably appropriate, our desire is to address concerns with wisdom, humility, grace, and a sincere hope for restoration.

We recognize that misunderstandings occur, mistakes happen, and spiritual growth is often a process. For this reason, concerns may first be addressed through clarification, conversation, encouragement, or correction before more significant action becomes necessary.

However, not every situation permits a restorative process. In circumstances involving serious misconduct, unlawful behavior, threats to member safety, repeated violations, fraud, or conduct that significantly undermines the Community or ministry, Journey to Purity® may immediately suspend or terminate access without prior notice.

Reasons Access May Be Suspended or Terminated

Journey to Purity® may suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate access for reasons including, but not limited to:

Violating these Terms of Use & Community Covenant.
Repeatedly violating the Community Covenant or Community Standards.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, abusive conduct, intimidation, or threats.
Sharing confidential member information without permission.
Copyright infringement or misuse of Journey to Purity® intellectual property.
Fraudulent activity, unauthorized payments, or chargeback abuse.
Unauthorized account sharing or misuse of membership privileges.
Conduct that disrupts the ministry, compromises member safety, or materially interferes with the Community.
Unlawful conduct or conduct inconsistent with the mission and biblical convictions of Journey to Purity®.
Extended inactivity in accordance with our Active Participation Policy.

This list is intended to provide examples and is not exhaustive.

Effect of Termination

If your access is suspended or terminated:

Your right to access Journey to Purity® Services immediately ceases.
Any license previously granted to use Journey to Purity® Content is automatically revoked.
Journey to Purity® may remove or restrict access to your account, Community participation, or purchased Services where appropriate.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing, termination does not entitle you to a refund of membership fees, course purchases, licensing fees, or other payments previously made.

Certain provisions of these Terms—including those relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and any other provisions intended by their nature to survive termination—shall remain in effect.

Our Commitment to Restoration

Whenever possible, Journey to Purity® seeks to reflect the character of Christ by pursuing restoration over punishment, wisdom over reaction, and truth with grace.

While restoration cannot always result in reinstatement, we pray every interaction ultimately points people toward reconciliation, spiritual maturity, and continued growth in Christ.

Our responsibility is to faithfully steward both the individual and the Community God has entrusted to our care.

Technology & Trusted Service Providers

Journey to Purity® utilizes trusted technology providers and service partners to help deliver our Services securely, efficiently, and effectively. These providers enable us to offer online courses, discipleship communities, payment processing, email communications, digital events, and other ministry resources that support our mission.

While these services help us better serve our Members and Participants, they are operated independently of Journey to Purity®.

Third-Party Platforms

From time to time, Journey to Purity® may use third-party platforms or service providers to facilitate aspects of our ministry, including but not limited to:

Community hosting platforms
Payment processors
Email and communication services
Video conferencing and livestreaming platforms
Learning management systems
Website hosting providers
Analytics and website performance tools
Mobile applications
Cloud storage and document management services
Customer support tools
Social media platforms
Future technologies and ministry support services

These providers may change over time as we seek to steward the ministry responsibly and continually improve the experience for our Members and Participants.

Independent Policies

Each third-party provider operates under its own terms of service, privacy policy, security practices, and operational procedures.

When you choose to use a third-party platform in connection with Journey to Purity®, your use of that platform is also governed by its applicable terms and policies.

Journey to Purity® encourages you to review those policies before providing personal information or using third-party services.

Availability of Services

Although Journey to Purity® works diligently to provide reliable access to our Services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Occasionally, Services may be affected by scheduled maintenance, software updates, technical failures, internet disruptions, cybersecurity events, third-party outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We appreciate your patience whenever these situations arise and will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable.

Future Technology

As technology continues to evolve, Journey to Purity® may introduce new platforms, applications, digital experiences, artificial intelligence tools, communication methods, or other technologies that enhance our ability to disciple, equip, and serve women.

Unless otherwise stated, those technologies will also be governed by these Terms of Use & Community Covenant and our Privacy Policy.

Our commitment is that while technology may change, our mission will remain the same: to faithfully point women toward Jesus Christ through biblical discipleship, authentic community, and practical encouragement.

Journey to Purity® seeks to use technology wisely as a means of extending biblical teaching, fostering authentic relationships, and equipping women to follow Christ more faithfully.

We prayerfully evaluate the technologies we use with the goal of serving people well, protecting their trust, and stewarding the ministry with integrity and excellence.

Changes to These Terms

Journey to Purity® continues to grow and evolve as we seek to faithfully steward the ministry God has entrusted to us. From time to time, it may become necessary to update these Terms of Use & Community Covenant to reflect new ministry initiatives, legal requirements, technological advancements, operational improvements, or changes in the Services we provide.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

When material changes are made, Journey to Purity® will make reasonable efforts to notify Members and Participants by posting the updated Terms on our website, through our Community, by email, or by other appropriate means.

The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the applicable Services.

Our commitment is to communicate changes with transparency and to steward this ministry with integrity as it continues to grow.

Governing Law

Journey to Purity®, LLC is organized and operates from the Commonwealth of Virginia in the United States. These Terms of Use & Community Covenant and any claims arising out of or relating to your use of our Services are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Journey to Purity® welcomes Members, Participants, Church Partners, and Visitors from around the world. If you choose to access our Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

Any legal action relating to these Terms or our Services shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
