Welcome to Journey to Purity®! We are honored to support you on your journey toward holistic purity and well-being. Our goal is to provide a safe, faith-centered space where women can connect, learn, and grow together. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask that you review and adhere to our Terms of Use, which outline the expectations and guidelines for participating in our community, courses, and other services. Thank you for being part of this movement and for helping us maintain a respectful, encouraging, and purpose-driven environment. We are excited to journey with you!

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Although it does not form part of these Terms, it is an important document you should read.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Journey to Purity® (referred to as "JTP") programs, content, and community resources, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users, including those who enroll in our courses, join our membership platform, or participate in our educational offerings.

Description of Services

JTP provides faith-based educational resources to guide Christian women in embracing holistic purity. This includes digital products, books, journals, stickers, a podcast, a community membership platform, and tailored group coaching programs for Holistic Purity 101™, which is offered to both individuals and churches. Our services are designed to support spiritual growth and holistic well-being.

Registration and Access Guidelines

1. Minimum Age Requirement

• Age Restriction: To access JTP services, you must be at least 18 years old. JTP’s community and educational resources are designed for adult women, and users must be of legal age to participate in these faith-based offerings. 

2. Registration Requirements

• Account Information:  When registering for an account to access JTP’s services, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes any details required to participate in our courses, community platforms, or programs.
• Account Security: Registration and community access occur on a third-party platform, Mighty Networks. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and may not share your account details or make your account accessible to anyone else. You are accountable for all activities conducted through your account.
• Authority to Register: If you create an account on behalf of another individual or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms of Use on their behalf.

Community Conduct and Guidelines

By participating in JTP’s community, you agree to:

• Respect and support fellow members by fostering a positive, non-judgmental environment.
• Engage constructively and respect group confidentiality; unauthorized sharing of group content outside the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Refrain from self-promotion, spam, or posting irrelevant links, except in designated areas (e.g., Sister Saturday posts).

Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the community, at JTP’s discretion. For reporting violations, please contact us at info@journeytopuritymovement.com.

Content Usage and Intellectual Property

• JTP’s content, including the Journey to Purity University Curricula, Holistic Purity 101™ materials, and FOCUS Principles Workbook, is copyrighted and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written consent from JTP.
• Trademarked materials, such as Journey to Purity®, LLC, are protected under intellectual property law. Unauthorized use, distribution, or posting of this content on public forums is prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection

JTP is committed to protecting user privacy and complies with GDPR. Personal information will not be shared with outside parties. Donations and purchases are processed securely through SSL-encrypted third-party services, such as PayPal or Stripe.

The content provided by JTP is for educational purposes and is not intended as medical advice. JTP disclaims all liability for any harm, loss, or damage arising from the application of information provided in courses, content, or other resources. Membership and Subscription Terms

• Subscription Fees: Membership in JTP’s paid platform involves recurring subscription fees. Fees are detailed at the time of sign-up.
• Renewal and Cancellations: Memberships automatically renew until canceled. Cancellations can be made through the user’s account and will take effect in the next billing cycle. Refunds for unused membership periods are not provided.
• Refunds: All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where JTP determines, at its discretion, that a refund is warranted.

Active Participation Requirement

• Purpose of Active Community: Journey to Purity® is dedicated to fostering a dynamic and supportive environment. To maintain this community’s spirit of sisterhood, we encourage all members to engage regularly.
• Inactivity Policy: Accounts with no activity for a period of 3 months may be removed to make room for members eager to participate and grow. If you need to take a break, please notify us to maintain your membership status.

Limitation of Liability

JTP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Users agree that JTP’s liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Modifications to Terms

JTP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or within the membership platform. Continued use of JTP’s services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where JTP is based.
